We want you to be happy with your purchases from If you need to return your purchase, please contact our customer service for assistance with returns. We offer a refund or an exchange for goods returned in unopened, unused and original salable conditions, within 15 days of purchase delivery.

Please note that only products purchased at may be returned for refund or an exchange. For purchases made at a retail store or from another website, please contact that location for assistance.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. We are sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping container for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the order's ship date.

Please note: most orders destined for Post Office boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6 to 14 business days of the order's ship date. Restrictions may apply.

Currently, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. We will be implementing such shipping options as we continue to improve to better serve our customers.

Free Shipping Policy*
Free Standard Shipping is for any online purchase of $45.00 or more, after any discount, shipped to a location within the United States. This offer is subject to change without notice.

Pick Free Sample*
When available and applicable, you may pick and choose free sample with any purchase of $45 or more.

In an event you must return an order which resulted in your order total amount falling below $45, any free samples included must be returned in it's original and sealed condition, otherwise total value of the unreturned samples will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping Policy
For orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat shipping rate of US $15.00 per order.

We are sorry, but we are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returned Shipments Policy
If you are unable to receive your order or have provided incorrect address to, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that incurs. Please be sure to double check and verify your address with each order.
